In our Sunday class, you'll find that Qi breathwork sets the tone by guiding you into a calming moment of stillness. You'll begin seated or lying down, focusing on intentional, mindful breathing to draw in renewed energy and calm your mind. This practice creates a sense of inner peace and prepares you for the rest of the class.
Restorative movement
Engage in subtle, intentional movements that reintroduce coherence and fluidity to your body.
Qi movement invites you to blend gentle, flowing motions with your breath. This part of the class that is designed to release tension and open your energy pathways so that you're ready to fully immerse yourself in the sound meditation to follow.
Harmonic sound frequency
Allow the soothing hum of sound frequencies to settle through your body, deepening your relaxation.
In this sound meditation section, you'll be gently immersed in waves of harmonic vibrations that invite you into a state of deep calm. As you settle in, the resonant, ringing tones flow effortlessly around you, creating a soothing atmosphere that helps ease your mind and body into a natural state of balance. Without the need to name the instruments, you'll simply feel the calming influence of these gentle tones as they wash over you, encouraging you to release tension and embrace a peaceful, centered state of mind.
