Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a £15 cancellation fee. This is because the room and session time have already been set aside specifically for you, and late changes cannot usually be filled.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you, but the session may still need to end at the scheduled time.

Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday, subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee the exact date and time you request.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, all treatments must be paid for in advance.
