What do I need to know?
Preparing for Class:
To feel your best during the session, avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking strong coffee or tea beforehand.
What to Bring and Wear:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring warm layers to wear. Don’t forget your mat and a blanket for added comfort during the session.
Make sure to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout.
Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and a positive heart.
Class Guidelines:
If you have any health issues you believe maybe triggered by this deep relaxation method, please speak to you health practitioner before hand.
