Somatic Healing (Soma - Greek meaning body) is not just flesh and bone, but breath, sensation, memory, and meaning. Traditional Chinese Medicine is deeply somatic by nature. Rooted in philosophy and centuries of embodied wisdom, it sees the body as an ecosystem; alive with qi, shaped by emotion, spirit, and seasonal rhythm. In this view, organs are not merely anatomical; they are vessels of emotional resonance.
