Hello, I’m Anneliese,

I’m a Holistic Practitioner, Energy Healer, and a proud member of the Complementary Medical Association.

I was raised amidst the idyllic beauty of the Welsh Marches and relocated to South Wales in 2001. My career has been a rich tapestry, with much of it dedicated to education across various parts of England and Wales. A particularly cherished chapter of my journey was the five transformative years I spent living and working in China.

For more than 25 years, meditation has been an integral part of my life, profoundly enhancing my sense of well-being. This passion culminated in the creation of Satori Life Balance Wellness, located in the charming town of Abergavenny, South Wales.

As a Reflexologist, I had the honour of training under the globally renowned Beryl Crane. I hold certifications in Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology Theory, and Reflex Zone Therapy, which I completed in 1994.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise by achieving certifications in Usui Reiki Levels I, II, and Master, as well as Yoga Nidra. Most recently, I’ve become qualified as a Somatic Healing Life Coach.

These qualifications equip me to offer a wide range of holistic wellness practices, carefully tailored to meet your individual needs.
