What Satori Offers

Slow Flow is not a practice of concentration. Therefore, avoid trying to focus or control your breath. Simply listen to the instructions and follow them mentally. Move your awareness gently from point to point, observing each experience with ease. Attempting to force concentration can disrupt the natural flow of awareness, which is essential for guiding the mind deeper into the Self.

Staying Awake: The most important aspect of this practice is to stay awake. Falling asleep interrupts the awareness you are cultivating during our session. It doesn’t matter if you miss some of the instructions—don’t judge yourself. Even if your mind drifts or begins dreaming, the guidance will still reach and influence your subconscious mind.

It is completely natural for you to occasionally miss parts of the instructions. This happens because the conscious mind often steps back, allowing the subconscious to become more prominent. During this state, the my words will be imprinted directly on the subconscious. And Slow Flow doesn't demand a completely peaceful mind. Even if you feel anxious, worried, or distracted during the practice, it’s perfectly fine. If you are disturbed or restless, allow yourself to observe those feelings without judgment. If lying still feels difficult, gently adjust your position or explore what’s causing the discomfort. Avoid forcing yourself to remain rigid or motionless.

The key is to simply expose yourself to my instructions and observe any experiences with complete awareness and detachment. Slow Flow is best practiced on an empty stomach; allow at least two to three hours for digestion after a heavy breakfast or about 30 minutes after a light one.

Slow Flow is not about concentration or control. Instead, let go of any effort to focus or manage your breath. Simply listen to the guidance and follow it mentally, allowing your awareness to move gently from one point to another. Observe your experiences with ease and without forcing anything. Trying to concentrate too hard can disrupt the natural flow of awareness, which is essential for guiding your mind into deeper states of connection with the Self.

Staying Awake: The most important aspect of this practice is remaining awake and aware. Falling asleep interrupts the awareness you are cultivating during the session. Don’t worry if you miss parts of the guidance—there’s no need for self-judgment. Even if your mind wanders or drifts into dream-like thoughts, the instructions will still reach and influence your subconscious mind.

It’s completely normal to lose track of some instructions at times. This happens because the conscious mind often steps back, making space for the subconscious to take center stage. During this state, the words will imprint directly on your subconscious. Slow Flow doesn’t require a perfectly still or peaceful mind. If you feel anxious, distracted, or unsettled, that’s okay. Simply notice those emotions without judgment. If staying completely still feels uncomfortable, gently adjust your position or explore what might be causing the restlessness. There’s no need to force yourself into rigidity or stillness.

The key is to remain open to the instructions and observe your experiences with awareness and detachment. For the best experience, practice Slow Flow on an empty stomach. Wait at least two to three hours after a heavy meal or about 30 minutes after a light breakfast before beginning the session.
